ROM’s Latest Update Streamlines Job Management for Manufacturer Reps

Rep Order Management (ROM) has introduced a new set of productivity features to its platform: Job Tagging, Bid Times, and Follow-Up Dates, giving manufacturer representatives greater control and visibility across their active bids. Released in October 2025, these updates enhance how reps track projects, manage schedules, and organize follow-ups, all from within the ROM dashboard and shared bid calendar.

The new Job Tagging tool allows users to create customizable tags with icons and colors, helping teams quickly identify job types such as Hot Jobs, Owner-Direct, or Government Projects. The Bid Time feature now lets reps assign specific bid times in addition to dates, automatically sorting jobs by submission order, from earliest to latest. Meanwhile, the Follow-Up Date function supports pipeline management and sales meetings by making it easy to prioritize next steps directly from the job screen.
