Marc Randell joins ROM as Vice President of Business Development.
With more than 25 years at Trane and experience on both the manufacturer and representative sides of the business, Randell brings a rare, firsthand perspective into the daily realities rep firms face. Having led sales teams for decades, he deeply understands the challenges surrounding quoting, follow-up, project tracking, and commission management.
In his role, Randell focuses on building strong industry partnerships, shaping product direction based on real-world needs, and ensuring ROM delivers long-term value to every customer. His leadership helps bridge the gap between technology and practical sales operations, ensuring the platform supports how reps actually work.
Sydney Cusick joins as Customer Success Manager.
Cusick brings a strong background in customer success, onboarding, and marketing, with a focus on driving adoption and measurable results. At ROM, she works closely with rep firms to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, clear communication, and early value from the platform. Her customer-first approach helps teams simplify complex processes, gain better pipeline visibility, and spend more time selling.
Tyrell Cook joins as a Senior PHP Developer.
Cook brings deep technical expertise in PHP, Symfony, and scalable application development. At ROM, he helps design and maintain the core platform that powers AccuQuote™ and AccuTrack™, turning real-world customer feedback into reliable, high-performance features. His work ensures ROM continues to deliver a fast, dependable system that supports growing rep agencies.
