Streamlined Contact Management for Manufacturer Reps
Rep Order Management (ROM) has rolled out another powerful update, introducing Bidder Status Tracking, Engineer Contact Visibility, and Contact Replacement tools. Released in October 2025, these features are now available to all current ROM customers, giving manufacturer representatives better control over how they manage and monitor project stakeholders throughout the sales process.
With the new Bidder Status functionality, reps can assign custom statuses such as “Current Bidder,” “Lost Bidder,” or “Awarded Bidder,” each color-coded for quick visual reference. These statuses display directly on dashboards, bid calendars, and job lists, making it easy to see progress at a glance. In addition, Engineer Contact Visibility ensures engineers appear in every relevant job view, while the Replace Contact option allows users to swap outdated or redundant contacts in seconds.
